Although we don't have cars at every one of their GTA buildings (yet), the following building Owner/Management companies have also negotiated a discount with AutoShare for all of their tenants/buildings. (Follow the link to see the discount.)
Since AutoShare members can save $1,000s a year, they can also carry a bigger mortgage ($125,000) or retire as much as 10 years earlier! Across the GTA, developers, apartment managers and condo boards are working with us to put AutoShare vehicles onsite at their buildings.
Multi-unit residential buildings with AutoShare Onsite (or nearby) can also qualify for up to 2 LEED credits and/or reduced parking requirements from the City of Toronto.
