Making a Reservation

Please note, an automatic buffer will be created 2hrs prior to your reservation - you can not use the vehicle during the buffer time as it's required to charge the vehicle.
8 Quick Steps to Get you Started
More Detailed Info - For Those Who Like the Reading
Instrument Cluster
- The approximate remaining driving range is stated in km as part of the battery charge gauge (right side of instrument panel)
- Battery temperature gauge - if the temperature of the battery is too high or low, power is reduced to protect the battery. This does not indicate a malfunction.
- Master warning lights in the upper instrument cluster (red or yellow exclamation mark in triangle) will illuminate whenever any other warning light or message is displayed
- Green car shape light indicates you're ready to drive
- There are a series of circles across the top of the lower instrument cluster, which indicate the amount of power you are using - this is similar to a revindicator in a manual vehicle.
Turning off the vehicle
- Press the P (park) button on the shift lever
- Push the power button located to the right of the steering column, the instrument cluster will turn off
Shift control
- The park mode is activated by pressing the “P” button on the top of the shift control
- Reverse is engaged by moving the shift control to the left and forward
- Drive is engaged by moving the shift control to the left and back
- Driving in ECO Mode* - shift into Drive twice - Will display in the Dash)
ECO Mode provides more range. To engage ECO Mode, shift the car into drive while depressing the brake, once the shifter returns its normal position (still depressing the brake) shift into drive a 2nd time.
Parking brake
- Parking brake is electric with the switch in the center console behind the shift control.
- The brake pedal must be depressed to set or release the parking brake. The indicator light on the switch will take several seconds to illuminate/turn off after setting/releasing the brake.
Charging the Vehicle
- Pull the charge door opener located below the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel (beside the hood release). Open the charge door on the front of the vehicle. Open the charge port by pushing on the left hand tab. For charging at a charge station, insert the charge station plug into the vehicle charge port. ** For some locations drivers will have to activate the charge station - please see the location details in your confirmation email to see if the charging station uses an activation card.
- For charging with a household outlet (120V), remove the charge cord from the black case in the back hatch, connect the plug into the household outlet and the charge cord plug into the vehicle charge port.
- The blue lights on the top of the dash (visible from the front of the vehicle) will illuminate; the number of lights depends on the amount of charge remaining.
- The vehicle fully charges in about 7 hours when plugged into a charging station.
- Plugging the vehicle into a regular household plug (120V) will take approximately 21 hours to fully charge.
NEVER USE AN EXTENSION CORD - THIS IS HAZARDEOUS AND CAN LEAD TO FIRE OR SHOCK
Opening the rear hatch
- Ensure all the doors are unlocked, squeeze the handle and pull it towards you.
Please consult the owner’s manual in the glove compartment for detailed information on these and other features. There is a separate manual specific to the operation of the navigation system.
Based on our automatic 2hr buffer, we aim that each reservation will have about a 75km range.
