Since AutoShare members can save $1,000s a year, they can also carry a bigger mortgage ($125,000) or retire as much as 10 years earlier! Across the GTA, developers, apartment managers and condo boards are working with us to put AutoShare vehicles onsite at their buildings.

Multi-unit residential buildings with AutoShare onsite (or nearby) can also qualify for up to 2 LEED credits and/or reduced parking requirements from the City of Toronto.
