ESSO "Pay-at-the-Cashier" Gas Card

There is an Esso Gas Card in the ComUnit. Please fill the tank up to full. The card works for purchases of Windsheild Wiper Fluid too. There is a list of Esso gas stations in Toronto in the Drive Guide in the vehicle. Purchases at the pump are not supported - you will have to pay inside the station. Here is how to use our Esso Gas Card:

• Turn off car and remove key from ignition
• While still logged in, pull the Esso Card out of ComUnit
• A four digit PIN will display on the ComUnit screen next to ‘PIN 1’
• Fill tank & replace gas cap
• Logout & pay with card at cashier using PIN - please note that the cashier may ask for a "Driver Number" this is the PIN number you got from the ComUnit
• Login & return card to the ComUnit (there is a $75 fee for forgetting to return the card)

Reimbursement for Purchases Made at Other Gas Stations

Our reimbursement process requires you to scan & email your receipts to feedback@autoshare.com fax them to 416-340-0080 or mail them to our office. Always include:

• Your name
• Member number
• Reservation ID number with your receipts

Remember

Member are still required to carry cash, credit or debit with them  in case they require gas from a different brand of gas station, or if you need to buy another supply for the car (wiper blades, etc.).
