Here's how to start driving within a few days

To start enjoying the freedom and savings of AutoShare, all you have to do is join!

1) Apply ($25)
Submit a Membership Application. (We'll bill your credit card $25+ gst per driver). This Insurance Approval fee is to double-check that your driving record is up to scratch, and is non-refundable.

2) Acceptance
AutoShare will contact you (usually within 2 business days of your application) to confirm your acceptance, and bill your credit card (Membership Fee + any Deposit)

3) Membership Fee ($100)
To join, there is a one-time Membership Fee ($100 + gst). We also offer a discounted Household Membership Fee of $150+ GST for couples/families living together.

4) Pay-as-you-Drive -or- Pay Monthly ($250 Deposit)?
You can choose to pay for your driving, and any other related charges, in one of the following ways (via your credit card):

• MONTHLY ($250 deposit required)
  Your credit card is billed once a month, after we have sent you notification of your invoice (about the 10th of next month).
  
  
• Pay-As-You-Drive: ($0 deposit)
  Your credit card is billed each time that you drive, on the day that the trip starts. You'll still receive a monthly statement (about the 10th of next month).

5) Quick Start
Once we have confirmed your acceptance, drop by our office to collect your Quick Start Package:

• Mondays - 12 pm to 2pm
• Tuesday - 12 pm to 2pm + 5pm to 6:30pm
• Wednes. - 12 pm to 2pm + 5pm to 6:30pm
• Thursdy - 12 pm to 2pm + 5pm to 6:30pm
• Fridays - 12 pm to 2pm
• Saturday - 1pm to 3pm

Or, ask for it to be mailed to your home address.

6) Drive
Once you have your Quick Start Package, you'll be able to drive any AutoShare vehicle. Where will you go on your first trip?

"30-day Trial Period" - or your money refunded
Our "30-day Trial Period" means that you can get a refund (Membership Fee + gst + Deposit) if you quit within 30 days of your Application. Refunds will be paid within 60 days of your notice to AutoShare in writing. For more info, please see our Join FAQ
