How AutoShare Works…

1) Join

Join AutoShare and begin driving within days. Simply fill in an application for the company, adding each driver to your account. Every employee-driver needs to be 23 year old, have a full class “G” license (or equivalent) and a clean driving record. Your account will be ready within 2-3 business days.

• $29 - Application fee (per driver, to a max of $290)
• $100 - One-time Corporate Membership

2) Reserve 24/7

Your employees will have 24 hour, self-serve access to cars and vans at 100+ convenient locations across Toronto. To reserve a car, they can just go online or call us any time, day or night.

3) Drive with Self-Serve Access

The car will be waiting at the location that your staff reserved. And, it's self-serve! The security access will get them into the car and on their way in seconds. When done, they just bring the car back to the same spot. Drive as little or as often as your company needs, for an hour or several days.

4) Pay Monthly

At the end of each month, your organization will receive an itemized bill – plus individual employee bills, - including job codes – for the time and distance that your company has driven. You’ll even get automatic discounts of up to 55% off on longer trips. You are never charged for gas, insurance or maintenance. All invoices and trip details will always be available online for your reference.

Free CO2 Offsets For Your Driving!

AutoShare has partnered up with ZeroFootprint to provide all organizational members with complementary offsets of their driving emissions. AutoShare will calculate your monthly CO2 emissions based on your driving, and purchase offsets via ZeroFootprint. Offsets are executed via various local projects.
