1) Apply
- Read our eligibility criteria here.
- Register your company and drivers.
- Include with your application:
- $29 - Application fee per driver (to a max of 10 drivers or $290)
- $100 - One time Corporate Membership fee

Please Note: Each Corporate Account is directed to and Account Admistrator. This individual has the power to add and remove drivers, make inquiries on the account, and act as the go to person for communicating with AutoShare. For ALL applications, please print off the following Account Administrator Authorization Form and send it back along with your completed application form.

2) Acceptance
AutoShare will contact the person listed as the account administrator to confirm and ensure that your application was submitted correctly and will finish processing your membership in the next 2-3 business days.
3) Quick Start
Once your membership is approved, it is labelled as complete. We will call you to arrange delivery of your Quick Start Packages. AutoShare can also provide a short orientation at your office if your organization should so choose. Please contact Agata Kazimierski (agata@autoshare.com) to arrange for an orientation on site.
4) Drive
Your business now has a fleet of vehicles. You're going places!
